Emenda wurde 2006 von Neil Langmead und Steve Howard mit der Vision gegründet, erstklassiges Software Testing und professionelle Beratung für Software Qualität für Firmen weltweit anzubieten. Sowohl Neil, als auch Steve besitzen über 10 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Software Testing und Beratung für einige der führenden europäischen und internationalen Firmen. Beide haben Erfahrung im Bereich Embedded Software Testing, sowie im Erreichen von Software Standards wie DO178B für die Flugzeugindustrie, FDA, usw. Ihre Vision ist es, führende Software Tools aus dem Bereich der Software Qualität zu vertreiben und Beratung und Support für diese Lösungen anzubieten, wenn erforderlich.

2007 hat Emenda ein Büro in Frankreich eröffnet, geführt durch Stephane Rougerie, und 2008 ein Büro in der Schweiz, geführt durch Martin Halder.

Emenda expandiert weiterhin schnell, die Zukunft verspricht Erfolg.
